For your safety and the best results, we use only top-grade products and strictly adhere to hygiene and sanitation protocols. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both our clients and our salon, we kindly ask you to follow our policies:

1. We have the right to refuse or stop service for anyone who is rude or has a bad attitude.
2. Health issues or diabetes must be communicated before the service
3. We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items and gift cards
4. We do not offer refunds on services. However, if you have any concerns, we will do our best to address them. All services are final and non-refundable.
5. Our price is available on the menu. Please confirm the prices with the nail tech before receiving the services.
6. You will be fully responsible for your personal belongings during your visit.
7. You will have to pay compensation if you damage any salon products during the visit.
8. If you are coming with kids or pets, we request you to take of them
9. Please do not take any pictures in the salon without our consent.
10. Please give us advance notice for canceling appointments 
11. Ask for the services which you would like to have. If you are unsure, please speak to the salon manager.
12. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please speak with the manager immediately. We will do our best to remind you of the situation.
13. At Golden Global Nail & Spa, your safety and comfort are our top priorities. We use sterilized tools and sanitized equipment for every service - no exceptions. All implements are disposed of after one use or thoroughly disinfected with EPA-registered, hospital-grade solutions and sealed in a sanitation pouch for your peace of mind.
14. Our state-of-the-art ventilation system ensures a fresh, clean environment by eliminating odors and dust, so you can relax and enjoy your visit.
15. If you’re running late, please notify us in advance. Arriving 5-10 minutes late without prior notice may result in your appointment being given to the next customer.

12. Si no está satisfecho con nuestro servicio, hable con el gerente inmediatamente y haremos lo mejor para resolver la situación.
13. Se preparan herramientas esterilizadas y equipos desinfectados para cada uso sin excepción. Para su tranquilidad, todos sus implementos se desechan después de un solo uso o se desinfectan adecuadamente en un desinfectante de grado hospitalario registrado por la EPA y se sellan en una bolsa de saneamiento.
14. También contamos con un sistema de ventilación muy sofisticado para eliminar todos los olores y el polvo, ¡por lo que siempre huele fresco!
15. Por favor, notifique a nuestro salón si llegará tarde a su cita. Si llega 5-10 minutos tarde sin aviso previo, nos reservamos el derecho de pasar al siguiente cliente.
